Wunjunga - Beach
For those wanting to experience a truly secluded beach, Wunjunga Beach (Beachmount) is an absolute must! Wunjunga features 14km of coastline perfect for four-wheel driving, picnics, fishing and walks along the beach.
The turnoff to Wunjunga is about 6km south of Inkerman. The road from the highway to Wunjunga is a bitumen and dirt road which travels through a cattle property. The drive is a bird enthusiast's dream.
The fishing, the flora, the fauna, the beach, the Aboriginal middens and the houses built on huge granite boulders makes Wunjunga an interesting spot to visit.
- Take Beachmount Road turn off Bruce Highway A1. Continue onto Wunjunga Road.
