Home Hill Sugar Bowl
Three days of tennis excitement featuring over 40 teams travelling from across Queensland.
The Home Hill Sugar Bowl, one of the largest team events on the tennis calendar, has been held annually since 1981 in Home Hill. Hosted by the Home Hill Tennis Association, the event takes place over the May Day long weekend. This three-day competition attracts over 40 teams from across Queensland, all vying for the prestigious Sugar Bowl.
A unique aspect of the event is that the winning team is determined by the most number of games played over the weekend. Teams compete across three divisions, showcasing both competitive play and great sportsmanship, to decide the winner of the 2025 Home Hill Sugar Bowl.
The Home Hill Sugar Bowl is a beloved event in the region, where players past and present, along with supporters, come together to celebrate another year with their tennis family.
